Such expenses include but are not limited to…  Health benefits, Holidays, paid Personal Time off, Payroll related taxes and certain types of other insurances.   Only you can decide if my services are right for you or your company Concerned with Outsourcing?  Let me give you some strong advice either way…               It doesn’t matter if you use my Bookkeeping service or someone else’s.  Please make sure only you have access to your funds directly.  Until you are comfortable and knowledgeable of the person or company you are using never give them the rights of signing your checks or accessing you account to remove/withdrawal funds as in the use a bank card. They do not need this access to make deposits, no matter what they tell you.  If your situation requires you to give this access to someone due to traveling or other circumstances, make sure you strongly view your reports on a regular basis. If they need access to funds on a regular basis, get them a credit card and clarify with the credit card company a set limit per month.  This way if they do take you for a ride, you can minimize the damage they can do from the start.  Be sure to periodically look at your actual bank statement for discrepancies.  It’s your money, be careful with it!   And most of all, DON’T BE AFRAID TO ASK QUESTIONS IF YOU HAVE A CONCERN.
